IT Transformation
Make the platform earn its business case.
Cloud migration, platform consolidation, and IT operating-model redesign, managed with a risk-led approach that plans training, cutover, and adoption at every phase alongside the architecture. Security and authority-to-operate readiness are engineered in from the start, not audited in at the end.

The work, by name.
Cloud migration
We move workloads with a runbook, not a leap: assess and sequence the estate, migrate in waves that keep operations running, and cut over with rollback plans nobody ends up needing. Training and adoption are planned per wave, not saved for the end.
Ask about this →Platform consolidation
Overlapping systems accumulate; we rationalize them. Inventory what exists, decide what stays, and retire the rest on a schedule the business signs, with data and integrations carried over cleanly.
Ask about this →IT operating-model redesign
Structure, roles, and processes for the platform you will have, not the one you had: service ownership, support tiers, and the governance that keeps change moving after go-live.
Ask about this →Security architecture & ATO readiness
Controls designed into the architecture from the first diagram: identity, segmentation, logging, and the evidence trail an authorizing official expects. The ATO package builds as the system does.
Ask about this →Asked, answered plainly.
As long as the wave plan says, and you see that plan before you commit. Scoping happens in days and produces a sequence of waves with dates: small estates move in a few, complex ones take more. What we do not do is discover the timeline as we go.
That is the normal case. Most engagements start inside a running estate, and the plan is built around what must keep operating while it changes. Replacement is a choice we cost out, not an assumption.
Your team. The operating-model work names owners, tiers, and processes before go-live, and knowledge moves to your people on a schedule, not on the last day. If you want continuing help, Support is optional and priced as what remains.
It means the authorization package is a build artifact. Controls, evidence, and documentation accumulate as the system is engineered, so the authorizing official reviews a system that was designed to pass.
