CoopArc

Built to be usable by everyone.

This site aims for WCAG 2.1 AA. Here is what that means in practice, and how to tell us when we miss.

Keyboard, end to end

Every menu, panel, accordion, and figure on the site operates by keyboard: Enter toggles, menus close with Escape, and a skip-to-content link is the first thing focus reaches. Focus states are visible by design, not left to browser defaults.

Motion that asks permission

The entrance animations, scroll reveals, and hover transitions all honor the reduced-motion preference in your operating system. With it set, the page renders still and complete: not a single moving frame.

Contrast and type

Body text targets WCAG AAA contrast on both light and dark surfaces, with a type scale built on size rather than thin weights. Decorative art and figures are hidden from assistive technology; the information they carry is always present as text.

Tested, and kept tested

Every build recomputes our color-contrast pairs against WCAG thresholds, and we run periodic assistive-technology audits and manual keyboard passes across the site's page types, fixing what they find as part of normal work. Most recent audit: August 1, 2026.

When we miss

If anything on this site is hard to use with your setup, write to hello@cooparc.com and tell us what happened and what you were using. A person reads it, and fixes ship with the next update.

When the problem outgrows the bandwidth.

Tell us what you're trying to change. A CoopArc managing director, not a sales rep, will respond, usually within one business day.
